Signal processing and communication security are important fields in the application of modern information technology. In recent years, the research in these two fields has promoted each other, resulting in many new methods and applications. Keeping pace with the times, the 2026 5th International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication Security aims to establish a broad and effective platform for exchanges and cooperation in the industry, so that we can keep abreast of the development trends of the industry, master the latest technologies, broaden our research horizons, and promote academic progress and efficient application of technological achievements. All papers submitted to ICSPCS 2026 will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
